MCSPOINT™ is a Point organized/run by MAYARA Consultancy Solutions.
MCSPOINT™ is established at Panchayats, only one in a panchayat.
MCSPOINT™ owner should work at the registered panchayat only.
MCSPOINT™ is not authorized to work in any another panchayat or area.
MCSPOINT™ is not Transferable to any Second Party or entity.
MCSPOINT™ shall be established and shall promote all the products and Services offered by MAYARA Consultancy Solutions.
MCSPOINT™ is entirely responsible for Customer satisfaction at their own working area.
Services provided to MCSPOINT™ is provided by different Companies and Organizations therefore almost services are paid Services.
As we are providing Paid Services and Devices to MCSPOINT™, the amount paid by MCSPOINT™ are on nonrefundable Basis.
MCSPOINT™ shall not claim any extra charges from the clients to enroll in/for Projects, Products and Services.
At any violation of rules set by the Service provider Company or MAYARA Consultancy Solutions, the Services provided to MCSPOINT™ shall be terminated with immediate effect.
