DISTRIBUTOR
- MCSPOINT™ Shall be managed by the Distributors.
- Distributors of MCSPOINT™ shall not recruit any MCSPOINT™ at Panchayat where already MCSPOINT™ exists. In that case the MCSPOINT™ will be terminated without refund.
- All the Materials and Documents should be delivered to the MCSPOINT™s promptly by the recruited /assigned Distributor.
- Distributor shall not Charge any extra fees for Registration or to provide services to the MCSPOINT™s.
- Distributors have to take responsibility and assist MCSPOINT™s, Technically and Physically.
- 5 allegations against the Distributor will result the termination with notice.
- If any financial allegation raised against Distributor by MCSPOINT™/Client, The Distributor has to settle those. MAYARA Consultancy Solutions will not take any responsibility on that issue.
