Free Health Check-up after every 60 Days - Health Life is a blessing in today’s world. We are committed to providing a healthy environment. It is better to know about our Health issues before they get worse.

Get Discount on selected Pathology clinics - We are trying to help every individual to provide them the total solution about their health concerns. We have tied up with Pathology Clinics from where one can get Discount in their pathology bills.

Free online Doctor Consultation on request, if required - A step Forward we provide online free Doctor Consultation to make you feel better and at the best of your health. Available at our nearest MCS CSP.

One free Sanitary Pad Packet will be provided every month for a year - We all should be aware of our health and hygiene. We take a step to make this Hygiene a habit.

Health Insurance - The Vector Insurance can be provided with a minimum price, it is to facilitate the vulnerable.

Guideline

  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra is a Volunteer for Swasthya Amrit Yojana run by ASHA Charitable Trust.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra is established at Panchayats, only one in two Panchayats.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra should work at the registered Panchayat only.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra is not authorized to work in any another Panchayat or area.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra shall arrange the Health Camps at their respective Panchayats
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra shall assist the health worker in the Health Camp.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra shall distribute the sanitary pads regularly every month on time.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra is not Transferable to any Second Party.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra shall be responsible to promote the Services offered by ASHA Charitable Trust.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra is entirely responsible for Customer satisfaction at their working area.
  • Swasthya Amrit Mitra shall not claim any extra charges from the clients to enrol in/for Project or Services.
  • At any violation of rules set by the Organisation (ASHA Charitable Trust), the Services from Swasthya Amrit Mitra shall be stopped and terminated with immediate effect.
